£10 Gift Voucher

  • Gift Voucher offer expires 31st May 2010. During the campaign, each registered customer of Wysteria Lane is only permitted to use the £10 gift voucher code once.

Delivery

  • UK standard delivery £4.95 Delivered within 5 working days. A signature may be required
  • UK orders over £50 FREE Delivered within 5 working days. A signature may be required
  • UK next day delivery (available mon-fri Excluding bank holidays) £8.95 Delivered next working day (9am-6pm). Orders must be received before 1pm.
Orders received at weekends and Bank holidays will be processed the next working day and delivered the following working day.
A signature will be required.

We deliver to all postal areas in the uk, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Stock permitting your order should arrive with you within five working days.

We despatch using Royal Mail. We will notify you by e-mail when you order is despatched.

A signature may be required for all orders. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery. If your parcel requires a signature and there is no-one available to sign for your parcel at your address a card will be left by the delivery company. You may need to call to arrange a new delivery date or alternatively collect the parcel form your local depot. The delivery company will attempt to deliver up to three times before the parcel is returned to Wysteria Lane.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. We will only charge you delivery once per order.

Returns

If you change your mind about our products you can return your order within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
Please follow the simple steps below:

1/ please call us on 01743 350822 within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a returns authorisation number and instructions on how to return the goods to us.

2/ Complete the returns form included in the parcel

3/ Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in the original packaging)

4/ Goods are returned at your own cost. The delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable.

5/Goods cannot be accepted without a returns authorisation number and must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.


If you received damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge for refunds)

3/ Faulty / damaged goods cannot be accepted without a returns authorisation number and must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel. Certificates of post are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post.

We will write to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.
